Zones: Divide the World by Your Own Rules
Every e-shop ships differently and under different conditions. That's why Shipping HUB starts with zones — groups of countries that share the same delivery terms.
Czech Republic and Slovakia in one zone, Western Europe in another, the rest of the world in a third. Each zone has its own delivery time (1–3 days for domestic shipments, 3–5 days for EU). And if your e-shop has a strong seasonal peak — the Christmas rush in December or a garden center in spring — you can set a seasonal delivery time for a specific period. The system automatically shows it to customers at the right moment.
Shipping Methods: DPD, GLS, Own Delivery, and Pickup
Each zone gets its own shipping methods. DPD, GLS, TOPTRANS, your own van, in-store pickup — or anything else. Each method has its own pricing model:
- By weight — the most common choice for standard parcels
- By order value — great for rewarding larger purchases
- By volume — ideal for bulky but light goods (foam, garden furniture)
- Flat rate — fixed price, always
- Free — for stores where you cover the shipping cost
- Manual — price agreed individually, typically for pallet freight
Pricing Tiers
Each method has a tiered price list. Up to 5 kg for €5.99, up to 15 kg for €9.99, up to 30 kg for €14.99. Simple setup directly in the admin.
Multi-Parcel Shipments
A 50 kg shipment with a 30 kg limit? The system automatically calculates 2 parcels × tier price. No manual calculation, no mistakes.
Cash on Delivery
Set a COD surcharge for each pricing tier. Shipping HUB automatically passes it to your product feeds for price comparison sites.
Rules: Free Shipping, Surcharges, Exceptions
On top of the base price list, rules let you go further. Free shipping above €80? A 10% seasonal surcharge in December? Temporarily disabling a carrier during an outage? Set it all without touching the methods themselves.
API: For Your E-shop and AI Agents
Shipping HUB has an open API from day one. Your e-shop or checkout system sends a country, weight, and order value — and gets back a list of available methods with prices, parcel count, and estimated delivery time.
The same API is called by an AI agent when building an order. No mental math, no manual lookups — the agent simply asks and instantly knows how much shipping costs and when the goods will arrive.
Price Comparison Feed Integration
Shipping methods are automatically included in XML product feeds for Heureka and other price comparison sites. Map your methods to carrier identifiers once and Shipping HUB takes care of the rest.
